Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Verlo Studios website (the "Site") or purchasing any products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Verlo Studios ("we," "us," "our") operates this Site to sell apparel and related products. Our products are produced on a print-on-demand basis through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

2. Products and Availability
- All products are made to order. Colors, sizing, and print placement may vary slightly from photos shown on the Site due to differences in screens, lighting, and manufacturing.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in CAD and do not include applicable taxes or duties unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment provider(s) at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of product.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Because products are made to order, production time is required in addition to shipping time. Estimated timelines will be shown at checkout and may vary by product and destination.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Because our products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse, except where required by law.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, or an item that does not match your order, contact us within 2 weeks of delivery at with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, correction, or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has entered production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this Site are the property of Verlo Studios and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Submit false or misleading information when placing an order
- Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site without our permission
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verlo Studios and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
10. Third-Party Services
Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. While we work to ensure quality and timely delivery, some aspects of production and shipping are outside our direct control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
